Chevy’s 2019 lineup is going through some changes, and they’re all for the better. On one end of the spectrum, Chevrolet’s massive trucks are seeing some updates; on the other end, even its smallest cars are undergoing big changes.
2019 Chevy Trucks
Among the biggest news is the six-engine lineup for the 2019 Chevy Silverado. This engine lineup includes the 5.3-liter V8 and 6.2-liter V8 with Dynamic Fuel Management (an industry first), 4.3-liter V6 and 5.3-liter V8 with Active Fuel Management, the new 2.7-liter Turbo engine, and the new Duramax® 3.0-liter inline-six turbo diesel.
Chevy will also be adding the Silverado 4500HD and 5500HD trucks to its lineup for maximum towing and hauling power.
2019 Chevy Small Cars
The 2019 Malibu introduces a new RS trim with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and black sport grille, while the Malibu LT trim gets a new engine and LED lighting. Meanwhile, the 2019 Chevy Cruze adds an LS Hatch trim. Most notably, the 2019 Chevy Spark is undergoing a major redesign, with an updated front fascia, available projector-style headlights, and more chrome on the front grille. It also gets a new trim called ACTIV to give the Spark a more crossover feel by raising the ride height by half an inch.
